Charming place with welcoming staff especially the receptionists. Lovely, amazing location to surrounding villages. So close to centre of town, and Andorra center.

The rooms were large with beds for 4, you feel like home...

Facilities were good, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was delightful and fairly clean. Fabulous views of the mountains. the location was great and lovely in the mountains. Not far from the center of spectacular scenery as well as local restaurants. the food was great with lots of alternatives.

Traditional hotel with very amiable and super friendly staff and FABULOUS views of the mountains. A lot of great food at breakfast time. Marvellous location in Ordino near to shops, the main shopping centres and Vallnord for a day. Also, to surrounding villages.

Plus it had an absolutely fabulous view of the snow capped mountains. Location: the venue was so close to peaceful Ordino...

This place is fantastic, with a convenient location near local restaurants and Vallnord, a spacious and cozy room that easily accommodates four people, and a central location close to everything.

Absolutely perfect location, only a short distance to everywhere. Good food in the restaurants. Good restaurant, for both the buffet breakfast and dinner.

The property is charming. the hotel offers a marvellous and pleasant location only a short distance to Ordino downtown. - It has good and welcoming staff, especially the receptionists. - We truly enjoyed it so would like to stay there on the next trip.

This hotel in the heart of a charming village offers great value for money. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms, with their lovely views of the mountains, were well-equipped and had balconies. The location, surrounded by beautiful scenery and hiking routes, is perfect for nature lovers.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

Cet hôtel est bien situé, proche de tout. Il est à quelques pas de la plage, en bas de la colline et entouré de bons restaurants. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, avec des draps changés régulièrement. Le personnel est chaleureux et disponible, et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. De plus, la piscine est grande et surveillée par des maîtres-nageurs. Le spa propose des soins à des prix abordables, parfait pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie.

Le parking est souvent plein, ce qui peut être gênant si vous avez une voiture.
